What is travel herstory?
Travel HerStory is a travel blog focused on solo female travel and those looking to see the world on a budget. Everyone should have the opportunity to explore beyond their own backyard, so it’s important to me to share tips and tricks with others that assist them in achieving that goal.
This is what I bring to the table as a traveling storyteller who’s been blogging for over 11 years. I’m a single millennial woman who balances work with travel every chance I get—blogging my adventures to help you with yours.
How Many Travelers is Travel HerStory Helping?
Since reviving my blog in March 2024 from its 2020 coma, it now attracts 32,000 unique readers each month, a 1354% increase over 6 months.
Approximately 57% of readers are American, with the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia trailing—making my audience primarily English-speaking.
My readers are always looking for exciting destinations and unique, budget-friendly places to stay. They enjoy a mixture of historical and cultural experiences and must-see attractions at the top of everyone’s bucket list.
